Je bent in staat om zelfstandig een volledige boekhouding te voltooien en werkt nauw samen met klanten en collega’s om de beste resultaten te behalen. • Support sustainable maximisation of the company's profitability by leading and managing structure budgeting, planning and performance evaluation of production.
• Manage performance evaluation processes to identify threats and propose mitigation actions and track production performance against plan.
• Identify and embed opportunities to optimise production in order to enhance overall Sasol profitability, particularly in situation where deviations from budget or baseline exists.
• Provide monthly view of production performance against plan and budget; and develop production forecasts.
• Analysis of value chains to identify bottlenecks, opportunities to optimise production, provide comprehensive loss accounting and loss categorisation to support production planning and production performance.
• Embed SKU improvement roadmaps for Wax Value chain to support business growth and sustainability.
• Influence both technical and economic decisions based on a structured certification and review of the site mass balance.

Requirements :

• Relevant BSc / BEng Degree - Chemical Engineering (Preferable).
• 5 year's relevant experience.

• Responsible to calculate & monitor daily, weekly and monthly invoice targets and ensure month end deadlines are met timeously, in cooperation with the Debtors Manager.
• Address & resolve any issues with regards to invoicing of loads with the operation department.
• Ensure the accurate and updated invoice listings.
• Warrant monthly client reports are sent timeously, in accordance with the Debtors Manager.
• Timeously submission of Debtors report and Turnover summary to Senior Management.
• Timeously (before month end) completion of sub-contractor’s reconciliation.
• Responsible for recruitment in the department, relating to fill vacancies where needed, as well as the effective management of staff turnover, along with the Debtors Manager.
• Accountable for staff management relating to the management of leave applications, overtime authorisation and payments, increase submission, performance management and disciplinary matters, when Debtors Manager is not available.
