- Coordinating the design, implementation and evaluation of all academic renewal tasks and projects for the Faculty.
- Coordinating, driving and administering academic renewal funding opportunities.
- Planning, coordinating and co-facilitating the Science Learning and Teaching Day and regular science-related academic renewal workshops and training sessions.
- Participating in institutional events, workshops and professional development opportunities.

and student feedback.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- A postgraduate qualification in the Natural Science-related field or education, at NQF level 8 or an equivalent qualification.
- At least five years' experience in a higher education institution, with a focus on learning, teaching, and assessment.
- Proven experience in programme/curriculum renewal or programme/curriculum development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all academics, professional support staff and external stakeholders.
- Good presentation, training, and facilitation skills.

The Academic Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, implementing, providing support and generally overseeing the events and initiatives to enhance and improve the overall student experience. To manage assigned programmes, Lecturers and Students through effective communication, liaison and service delivery.

- Assist the team during all Internal and external audits.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (NQF level 7) in Business / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication field
- A minimum of 1-2 years customer service or sales experience
- Experience in an academic setting will be advantageous.
