Duties and Responsibilities:
- To look after all companies' equipment i.e., Machinery, tools etc
- Maintain equipment in and around the factory.
- Report any deviations or breakdown during your shift to your superior.
- Attend to breakdown in a safe manner.
- Always do lock off's when and if working on plant equipment.
- Always keep all equipment or machinery clean.
- Fill in the defect tracker after or during shift so jobs can be logged.
- Fill weekly plant equipment maintenance checklist.
- Attend a production meeting at least once a week with your team.
- Tend to call outs if required to.
- Attend safety meetings and production meetings.
- Report unsafe working manner to your manager. Responsible to make sure all moving equipment has a safety guard on and is safe for everyone else.
- Weld stainless steel pipes and sheets.
- Weld mild steel pipes and sheets.
- Fabricate pipe work and equipment.
- Assist on breakdowns if needed.
- Weld Trailers and assist mechanic workshop sometimes. Required to be on standby if help is needed on welding side.
- Move and install new lines and piping if needed.
- Ensure all Company policies are followed and respected,
- Ensure lock out procedures are practiced.
- Ensure all safety guards are in position.
- Ensure the safety of other while working
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-4 Years experience as a qualified Welder/Fabricator
- Red Seal Qualification required.

Key Responsibilities:
Industrial & Employee Relations
· Develop, implement, and maintain IR, ER, and HR operating procedures across the site.

· Ensure strike readiness and contingency plans are up to date.

Organizational Development

Minimum Requirements:
