Core skills and expertise
Animation principles: In-depth understanding of fundamental animation principles.
Storytelling and narrative: Strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, pacing, shot selection, and audio-visual content creation.
Design and composition: Knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, and design elements, with the ability to deconstruct them for animation.
Technical proficiency
Software expertise: Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Animate) and other
relevant design/animation software.
Character animation: Character rigging and animation skills, with in-depth knowledge of character rigging plugins.
Optional tools: Experience with Cinema 4D and Blender is a plus but not essential.

Proven experience: Three years experience in animation, demonstrated through a strong portfolio and showreel with diverse 2D
animation/motion graphic styles.
Brand understanding: Quick adaptability to brand identity and consistency in execution.
