Retail Shopping Centre Manager required in Rustenburg.

The Centre Manager is responsible for the effective management and administration of the shopping centre. This includes optimizing trading opportunities, lease management, financial performance, and income generation, while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

The role also involves oversight of staff, contractors, building maintenance, tenant installations, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Property & Centre Management

  • Oversee daily operations, building management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Manage repairs, revamps, tenant installations, inspections, and general building administration.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Implement and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and contractors.

2. Leasing & Tenant Management

  • Develop and execute vacancy and marketing plans, including tenant mix strategies.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renewals within mandate and approval frameworks.
  • Ensure tenant installations are completed to specification and within agreed timelines.
  • Retain and attract tenants to secure a sustainable income stream.
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

3. Financial & Budgetary Control

  • Provide inputs into income and expense budgets.
  • Monitor actual income against budget, follow up on outstanding rentals, and implement corrective measures.
  • Oversee expense control and ensure financial performance targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Finance on preparation of management packs and reporting.

4. People & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, train, and develop centre staff.
  • Drive a performance-driven culture aligned with company values.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, service providers, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Act as brand ambassador for the centre and ensure a professional image is maintained.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate in line with PPRA legislation (non-negotiable).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in retail shopping centre/property management.
  • Proven track record in operations management, leasing, and tenant relations.

Additional Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with business systems such as SAP and MDA.
  • Strong understanding of lease conditions, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Contract and SLA management skills.
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Numerical and analytical ability.
  • Awareness of quality standards and property market trends.

Job Summary

The Director, Professional Relations – Cutaneous Oncology is a key member of the commercial team and will be responsible for helping to build the Cutaneous Oncology brands among dermatologists, Mohs Surgeons, Medical Oncologist, key opinion leaders (KOLs), professional societies, and commercial partners. The Director, Professional Relations – Cutaneous Oncology is a field-based, non-sales role, passionate about enhancing and improving interactions with external Health Care Professionals in Dermatology and Oncology (both Community and Academic based).

The Director will be focused on increasing awareness of our branded products and building advocacy. Someone who can engage, capture market insights, and liaise with marketing to help and establish Sun Pharma Cutaneous Oncology as an emerging partner in optimizing patient care. All interactions are always within label, and consistent with commercial compliance, legal and regulatory guidelines. This position will also be instrumental in developing a KOL engagement plan to have a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and competitive landscape in dermatology and oncology. The successful candidate must collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Sales leadership to educate, garner feedback, and support initiatives. This position reports to the VP, Business Unit Head – Cutaneous Oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive National and Regional engagement strategy for Sun Pharma Cutaneous Oncology Products (ODOMZO and UNLOXCYT) to improve awareness and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, professional societies and commercial partners.
  • Oversee the development and execution of engagement plans for all stakeholders in a compliant manner.
  • Regular engagements with Sun Commercial and Field Leadership Teams and leadership in the development and management of key customers and thought leader relationships.
  • Plan and execute key thought leader engagements and senior executive encounters at local, regional and national conferences, POAs, in-field engagements, and other venues in a compliant manner.
  • Assist with on-label key thought leader development, including speakers, with approved decks and materials.
  • Facilitate certain speaker logistics, scheduling activities, and working cross functionally to ensure timely communication.
  • Provide feedback on Cutaneous Oncology Franchise and brand-related marketing strategies/materials to commercial leadership.
  • Provide ad board participant recommendations, and attend ad boards where needed, while additionally providing speaker recommendations.
  • Facilitate speaker bureau management, including contracting when requested.
  • Support home office marketing team efforts through input sessions and assistance with conference planning.
  • Ongoing demonstration of compliant collaboration, teaming and pull thru across stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales Leadership and Market Access) to coordinate a consistent company approach to key customers.
  • This is a field-based role: Ability to travel required (60% - including overnight travel), including regular visits to corporate office in Princeton, NJ; must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Education And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences discipline required. Master’s degree or advanced education/certification is a plus.
  • Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, Medical Device experience with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in one or more of the following: field sales, field sales management, product marketing, or medical / clinical experience; Experience in the Dermatology and/or Oncology market is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Dermatology and Oncology marketplace required.
  • Current understanding of pharmaceutical promotional rules and regulations.
  • Work within label, and regulatory and legal compliance guidelines.
  • Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability in developing effective strategic relationships required.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work proactively with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales Leadership and Market Access, and other business partners.
  • Strategic thinking abilities – demonstrated through a track record of success in developing and executing plans – and a strong sense of urgency.

Role Summary

Health Systems Director - East Region (Field Based)

Summary

The Health Systems Director is a key leadership position within Sun’s Commercial business. This role will be responsible for strategically leading a regional team dedicated to supporting the Nation’s leading IDN’s. The position is responsible for Strategic Planning and Tactical Sales Execution directed toward the Oncology, Immunology, and Dermatology therapeutic departments as well as the administrative, Pharmacy, and C-Suite groups. In addition, they will be responsible for developing strategies to drive Sun brand performance across Hospital & Channel accounts (IDNs, standalone hospitals, and organized customer accounts). Collaborate with cross-functional brand team and critical business partners to develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies and tactics for the portfolio to exceed revenue expectations across brands. This position is a field based position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a firm grasp of industry trends, understand market conditions, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition. They will capitalize on opportunities within the dynamic marketplace. This role will make the customer central to all thinking for self and the team. Works with Marketing / Brand teams and strategic partners to develop a plan of action that optimizes promotional impact and takes advantage of current and future market opportunities.
  • Work to translate brand strategies into actionable tactics for the health system managers and develop standards across regions to measure success. They will work with Commercial Sales leadership and key field business partners / home office partners to develop regional field business plans that will meet or exceed brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop an overarching health system strategy, communicate and set account objectives, and develop Management by Objective (MBO) goals and a sales incentive plan. This individual will work cross-functionally to ensure comprehensive organizational approach to account management.
  • Deliver business results through alignment with brand strategies and in accordance with SUN Compliance guidelines. They will analyze sales and operations data to monitor sales progress and develop corrective plans to improve sales force effectiveness/efficiency. The role will analyze financial metrics of sales organization effectiveness, including budgeting, allocation/deployment of resources, return on investment strategies, etc.
  • Create a high-performance work environment in which they build accountability at all levels of the organization through inclusion, empowerment, involvement, and collaboration. In alignment with our Company policies, the Sr. Director of Health Systems will drive efforts in attracting, developing/advancing, and retaining talent of all backgrounds and experience, contributing to an inclusive environment and workplace. They will champion for positive change and improvement and create an environment where new ideas, alternative strategies, and innovative thinking are valued and explored while remaining compliant with Company standards.
  • Drive mastery of requisite skills (business, selling skills, account management, therapeutic understanding, etc.) of the sales organization by partnering with Sales Training by identifying key areas for development and developing an appropriate curriculum. It will provide leadership for field management to ensure the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse pool of talent at all levels of sales management.
  • Position will appropriately support complex business conversations around ASP, Buy and Bill process, Class of trade, and contracting where applicable.
  • Ensure field force has completed appropriate training to ensure compliance to Sun training standards.

Education And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, Higher Education preferred, I.E. MBA
  • Extensive health care or related experience required.
  • Minimum 10 years of diverse cross-functional experience in key Commercial/Sales Leadership roles (ex. Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Payer/Access experience, Analytics, International experience, NBD) including at least four years Marketing and/or Strategic Marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct people management/leadership experience, including prior experience leading management level teams; Proven ability to lead, develop, coach and engage and inspire high performing, diverse teams.
  • Experience working in Integrated Delivery Networks/Health Systems, Institutions, GPOs, and/or Government/Federal accounts.
  • Very strong demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated a high level of commercial capabilities and track record of success in prior commercial roles. Ability to maximize business opportunities and insights. Strong ability to innovate, collaborate, and deliver results.

Preferences

  • Prior experience in Sales as either a professional sales representative, District Manager, or Regional Business Director strongly preferred.
  • Account management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical experience is strongly preferred.
  • Oncology and Immunology experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated capabilities and traits for career path versatility to progress to other key roles.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $161,500 to $291,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan and may be eligible for the Receipt of Company Vehicle. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.

Job Summary:

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will represent Sun Pharmaceutical (SUN). The MSL will primarily identify and engage with a targeted group of national and regional thought leaders/healthcare professionals (HCPs) as well as payers and managed care accounts, providing the consistent delivery of educational and compliant scientific information in support of Dermatology products. The MSLs will engage with HCPs, NPs, & PAs who are in clinical practice caring for their patients. They will be trained to respond to complex inquiries in a scientific, fair-balanced, compliant manner serving as a critical field medical resource to these HCPs and also, internal SUN sales and managed markets constituents.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with healthcare providers and thought leaders to communicate and advance the scientific platform as aligned with SUN’s corporate goals and objectives.
  • Communicate complex scientific information and research concepts to HCPs.
  • Provide clinical and economic value information to payers and formulary decision makers.
  • Identify and train members of SUN’s speakers’ bureau and ensure they are updated on new data.
  • Respond to requests for investigator sponsored research (ISS) proposals and transit them into Sun and present the research to Sun for review. They will become the point of contact with the HCPs if ISS research is accepted and funded by Sun.
  • Support SUN sponsored research.
  • Provide feedback based on field interactions with healthcare providers and Thought Leaders to SUN stakeholders.
  • Respond to scientific inquiries consistent with the MSL compliance standards.
  • Foster scientific relationships between SUN and Fellows in training.
  • Lead and/or participate on committees or project teams that support MSL strategies and tactics as delegated by MSL leadership.
  • Seek out opportunities to support the MSL value proposition, achieve results and set an example for others to follow by consistently demonstrating SUN values and leadership attributes.
  • Must have the ability to gain customer feedback, uncover business opportunities for SUN and pair customer's unmet needs with available internal resources.
  • Must be a strong team player who can effectively interface with SUN clinical and commercial personnel, as well as aide in training of SUN staff.
  • Demonstrate tact and professionalism when communicating and interacting with others.
  • Comply with all applicable SUN Health Care Compliance SOPs and US regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate / Terminal degree required (eg, PharmD, MD, DO, DNP or PhD).
  • Dermatology background strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of clinical, research and/or field medical experience preferred.
  • Thorough grasp of the pharmaceutical industry, FDA requirements and PhRMA code.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, team, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and education skills; ability to communicate clinical and non-clinical technical information effectively.
  • Demonstrated project management ability.
  • Travel up to 60-70%.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $152,500 to $186,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.

What will you do?
  • As a branch manager, you will be responsible for growing the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass through developing and overseeing the execution of the retail branch strategy.
  • Guiding, integrating, and standardising the activities, goals and objectives of various Sales Consultants in the branch, in line with the strategy.
  • Leading a service delivery culture and eco-system within and outside of the branch to enable an optimal client experience.
  • Assuming responsibility for the successful day to day maintenance and management of the Retail branch. Responsible for Retail branch strategy development and business planning.

  • Monthly planning and reporting of sales and service activities in the Branch.
  • Identify key internal and external stakeholders (Area Managers, Business Owners, activation sites, community forums, etc.) and determine effective engagement tactics that will contribute to building and maintaining relationships.
Education and Experience:
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • RE1 and RE5.
  • 120 Wealth Management credits OR tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA.
  • Class of Business accreditation (annual).
  • Compliant with continuous professional development (CPD) current and past cycles.
  • A minimum of 5 years recent industry experience of which 3 years should be in any leadership capacity.
  • Service Management experience is essential.
  • Insurance sales experience.
  • Credit and lending experience.
