Requirements
- Degree in Technical/Commercial field or related
- 5 years experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the mining industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JDE and TM1
- Prepared to travel

- Commercial skills and ability to analyze and interpret data

POSITION INFO: My client is seeking a meticulous Payroll / Salaries Administrator to join their team and take responsibility for the end-to-end payroll function. This role is based in Ulco, Northern Cape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture and verify employee payroll data.
- Perform regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure payroll is processed correctly and aligns with company policies, statutory, and legal requirements.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries professionally and promptly.
- Compile and deliver management reports such as Budget and Cost Reports, providing insights and identifying improvement areas.
