Koho hledáme

Do našeho týmu hledáme kolegyni/kolegu, který/která nám pomůže s vývojem a rozvojem administrace našeho reklamního systému.

Hledáme někoho se smyslem pro detail, někoho kdo umí věci dotáhnout do konce. Někoho, kdo se umí zeptat na věci, které mu nejsou jasné. Někoho, kdo umí kriticky myslet a dokáže říct, že daný požadavek je pitomost.

Na čem budeš pracovat?

Budeš pracovat na funkcích pro našeho admina. Jedná se o Python aplikaci ve frameworku Flask. Pro spojení s databází používáme SqlAlchemy a základní funkcionalitu GraphQL endpointu řeší Graphene. Frontend máme psaný ve Vue.js. Případně máme plno práce na komponentách, které přímo zajišťují core našeho ad serveru. Tyto části jsou psané v pythonu s frameworkem Falcon (asyncio).

Jak to u nás funguje?

Chceme, aby každý pracoval tak, jak mu nejvíce vyhovuje.

Vypracování úkolu u nás vypadá následovně:

  1. Vybereš si úkol buď sám, nebo ti ho přiřadíme my v rámci pravidelného plánování.
  2. Zanalyzuješ a vypracuješ ho, buď sám nebo s pomocí kolegů.
  3. V GitLabu založíš merge request, CI ti zkontroluje code style, automaticky otestuje a společně se pobavíme nad tvým řešením v rámci code review.
  4. Po schválení se tvá práce nasadí do produkce jen kliknutím v GitLabu.

Rádi kdykoliv s čímkoliv pomůžeme, poradíme, navedeme. A pokud budeš mít zájem o nějaké školení (ať už offline nebo formou online kurzů), stačí říct a zařídíme.

Když se ti něco nebude líbit, řekneš to buď rovnou nebo v rámci pravidelných retrospektiv. Výstupy z těchto schůzí ukládáme a hlavně věci řešíme.

Budeme rádi, pokud budeš umět základy Pythonu s všeobecnou povědomí o architektuře webových aplikací. Vše ostatní je bonus. Oceníme, pokud budeš umět alespoň něco z následujícího seznamu:

  • Manage AWS Aurora databases for efficient data access and reliability.
  • Enforce code quality and security standards, using tools like Brakeman and Dependabot .
  • Champion CI/CD processes, including automated testing and robust deployment.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails .
  • Experience with database management, particularly MySQL or AWS .
  • Hands-on experience with Heroku , AWS services , and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines , automated testing, and GitHub workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • High attention to detail in maintaining code quality and security standards.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with third-party integrations (Twilio, SendGrid, Stripe, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Airbrake , NewRelic , search technologies like ElasticSearch , and caching (Redis, Memcached).
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile web app development.
  • Background in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) integrations or vehicle data processing.
