Job Function

To manage the processes, teams and resources accountable for stock management and on-time and in-full delivery of stock, contributing to operational effectiveness, client / customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Implement corporate governance and compliance policies in order to manage risk liabilities.

Qualifications Required:

  • Relevant Bachelor`s Degrees and / or Advanced Diplomas.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment with at least 3 years operational leadership experience.
  • Understanding budgeting and cost management.
  • Understanding how to effectively plan and manage business operations including service delivery.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the flow of goods through a logistics process Knowledge of labour relations policies and procedures in dealing with labour matters in a work environment.
