Operations Administration

• Follow ups on Liquidation with the Courier to ensure delivery of ALL stock handed over to coutier by showroom arrives at DC.

• Gain a high level of process and system knowledge to perform 1st line of troubleshooting for staff.

• Monitors the Showroom inventory team and individual outputs in order to maximise the efficiency of the department.

Administration

• Timely and accurate administration of all departmental trackers pertaining to people and operational process.
• These include but are not limited to attendance, absenteeism, leave registers, departmental data capturing eg performance, efficiency, effectiveness etc.
• Provide data and or reporting for daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements.
• Records minutes and manages closure for minutes within agreed timelines.
• Provide inputs for the line manager for signing off of time sheets.

Purpose of the Position

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end Supply Chain and Annuity Logistics operations for the Office Automation Solutions division. This includes strategic planning, procurement, stock management, supplier liaison, logistics, warehousing, costings, and reporting.
