About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Utility Bills Coordinator to support the management of utility services.You will play a key role in maintaining accurate utility records, troubleshooting billing issues, and ensuring timely processing of data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, track, and validate utility data across multiple properties
  • Identify and recover missing invoices or data
  • Maintain internal spreadsheets and billing records with accuracy
  • Communicate with utility providers and internal stakeholders
  • Onboard new properties onto utility billing portals

Note: Candidates applying must be a qualified artisan - N4 or equivalent trade / artisan qualification.
Requirements:

  • Grade 12.
  • 5 years’ experience in an automated factory environment.
  • A thorough knowledge of process and ability to run hi – tech machinery.
  • Understanding of QMS systems and OHS Act.

Responsibilities:

Setting, Operating and Maintaining:

  • Setting, operating and maintaining the following machines, as per suppliers operating manuals, including mould changes and start up: Plate enveloping machines, COS machines, Shorts Testing machines, TTP welding machines, Heat Sealing machines, Leak testing machines and Date Coding machines.
  • Ensuring that the automatic and semi-automatic Post Burner equipment is correctly set up and maintained.
  • Ensuring that each line of equipment produces the correct quality product at the nominal production rate for that equipment and taking corrective action if the quality is not correct.
  • Ensuring that all assembly line equipment used is kept clean and safe.
  • Ensuring that the cooling water system and all extraction systems are kept in the correct working condition.

Administration / Record Keeping:

  • Complete the appropriate job cards for maintenance work and the production logs, attribute charts and SPC data as required in the assembly work instructions.

Communication:

  • Engage professionally with all suppliers, customers, directors, management, peers and subordinates.

Quality :

  • Ensure duties are performed in a professional manner at all times according to the customer’s requirements, standards and quality.
