Overall Responsibility : The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of congress or conference planning, from concept to execution. The PM handles marketing, risk management, and compliance, ensuring the event meets its objectives and is executed efficiently. The PM is key to the successful delivery of the event, ensuring alignment with goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Event Planning and Coordination

  • Work with subject matter experts (e.g., doctors, professors) to identify key topics and ideas for the program.
  • Develop detailed event agendas and timelines, ensuring all content is aligned with event goals.
  • Follow up with speakers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and content.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of sessions, workshops, and networking events.

Minimum Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Optional : Master’s degree in project management or a specialized field may be preferred for senior-level positions.

Work Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, event planning, or conference organization.
  • Experience in managing large-scale conferences or events with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial management, and cost control for events.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, suppliers, technical teams).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in all project management of residential property construction with the day-to-day organizing & supervising of construction sites.
  • Preparation of the project schedule per project.
  • Managing project timelines and Project budgeting.
  • Manage High-end residential project sites on a daily basis.
  • Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, management, and inspectors to ensure that projects are completed safely and effectively and within the stipulated timelines.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :

  • Tertiary Qualification (Degree / Diploma in relevant field)

Job Summary:

The Data Centre Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects within data centres. This includes overseeing hardware installations, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate installation of servers, storage, power, cooling, and network systems.
  • Oversee data centre expansions, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Track costs and ensure financial accountability.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external clients.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to data centre standards
  • Manage disaster recovery planning and security compliance.
  • Implement best practices for uptime, performance, and scalability.
  • Monitor project KPIs and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in infrastructure or data centre project management.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Strong MS Project skills
  • Excellent experience in SLDC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall

Skills
