THE OPPORTUNITY:
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR and Talent Team.
- Our current Talent Acquisition responsibilities include, but are not limited to sourcing suitable Software Engineering and Technology based candidates through various channels, facilitate the interview and selection procedures, internal stake holder management and hosting or participating in People Ops PR events.
- To be successful in this role, you should be able to function both tactically and strategically in line with operation head count and skill set requirement. Ultimately, you will create strong tech talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (i.e. social platforms, professional networks and partnership communities within the technology sector)
- Facilitate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, codility assessments as well as in-person / online video interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes, portfolios of work as well as their audit trail of past success using your experience and knowledge of the role being recruited
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements benchmarked against our company culture
- Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the people operations, technology and marketing teams
- Work to forecasted quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster relationships by managing the expectations of past applicants and potential candidates
THE NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role within the technology sector, specifically having recruited for SaaS companies
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow, GitHub, LinkedIn, OfferZen)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- World Class verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management an equivalent business degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Previous experience within the Information Technology sector - hiring Software Developers, Engineers, Sales and Operations
- Proven experience managing the talent acquisition life cycle (full end-to-end recruitment process)
- Previous experience in any ATS is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google suite is a must for this role

- Help craft and post job listings on job recruitment boards and other websites to attract skilled applicants
- Determining the selection criteria for specific roles
- Develop talent pool networks and improve and utilise in-house recruitment portal
- Sourcing and headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms)
- Conducting and coordinating interviews and evaluate candidates based on their interview and skills

- Tracking the recruitment processes of all candidates
- Maintain quality talent by developing and enacting organisation-wide retention strategies
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Experience with end-to-end talent services including sourcing, attracting, assessing, interviewing potential candidates
- Excellent administrative and reporting / analytical skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using the Applicant Tracking Systems such as Zoho Recruit is a plus

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers to successful candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and foster strong relationships with top talent by leveraging different channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and other sourcing platforms.

This position is ideal for someone with a clerical or sales background and experience in engaging with people professionally on a daily basis. You will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing healthcare professionals to join our agency worker teams across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process : Your primary responsibility as a talent acquisition specialist is to oversee the recruitment process from advertising, screening and interviewing. You will work closely with the various parts of the sales talent acquisition teams to identify job requirements and create job descriptions that attract top talent. You will also source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications.
- Candidate Management : As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. You will need to keep them informed of their application status and provide feedback on their performance during interviews.
- Insights : You will be responsible for providing key data insights on the volume of applications in the recruitment process and ensure they are being progressed through the onboarding journey as quickly as possible.
