We're on the look out for an outstanding recruiter to focus on recruiting for our operations teams in SA and the UK, who can deliver approx 100-150 high quality sales and customer service people per year. You'll be a candidate guru with some tried and tested methods to make sure we bring in the right people quickly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing:Manage high volumes of applications efficiently, making sure all candidates receive a fair and positive experience, from the first contact all the way through to their onboarding, regardless of the outcome.
Work with multiple channels to directly and proactively source, attract and pipeline, top talent, positioning AnyVan as an employer of choice.
Hustle and proactively source top talent for challenging and competitive roles and come up with creative solutions when talent pools are challenging.
Drive hiring quality and assess candidates suitability effectively against roles we're hiring for, acting quickly on strong candidates to secure top talent.
Manage and guide candidates and stakeholders through the offer management process to make sure we secure top talent.
Make sure Ashby (our recruitment platform) is used correctly so we can rely on the integrity of the data we use for reporting.
2+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced commercial businesses, a focus on quality is essential, bonus points if you have international and sales recruitment experience.
As part of our small team, you’ll need a hands-on, can-do attitude. You’re someone who’s self-motivated and knows how to drive results.
A proven track record of developing effective strategies and coming up with practical solutions to hire the right people, fast.
Even when things are moving fast, you’ll need to keep the focus on quality and attention to detail.
