Responsibilities :- Supervise daily electrical operations and installations in the power plant.
- Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance are followed by the team.
- Plan and allocate tasks to electrical staff effectively.
- Monitor and report on the progress of electrical projects.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to electrical teams.
- Oversee the maintenance of electrical systems to ensure they are fully operational.
- National Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering.

Required Skills And Qualifications
- A tertiary engineering qualification such as industrial or mechanical and/or a qualified artisan in mechanical trade – Fitter, toolmaker etc.
- At least 3 to 5 years of production supervision experience in a FMCG environment or similar.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows.
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
- Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
