Salary & Benefits: R8,000 - R8,000 Basic per month (BOE), Commission, Performance Incentive (annual)
Minimum Requirements:
- CIDESCO / ITEC accredited
- Diploma in Beauty Specialist / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Somatology
- At least 3 years industry experience post-graduation
- Well-groomed, manicured, professional appearance
- Confident all-rounder (Body & Skin)
Experience: At least 3+ years as a Skin Care / Beauty Therapist, experience in high-end salons or spas required. Able to perform standard beauty services (Mani, Pedi, Facials & Peels, Tinting & Waxing, Massage).
Bonus Skills: Threading, Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination

- Identify performance improvement opportunities with their teams.
- Ensure compliance of all operations departments with company policies relating to health & safety and the quality management system.
The ideal candidate will have a degree (commerce or industrial engineering, or similar) from a leading university; at least 10 years’ experience in a packaging/production management role in a FMCG environment; exceptional organisational & leadership skills.
A keen eye for detail and an action-orientated collaborative style will be important attributes to succeed in this dynamic team environment.
