Job Description: As a Shopify Developer, you will be pivotal in driving the optimization and performance of our Shopify store, directly impacting our revenue growth and customer experience. • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead the implementation of CRO strategies by setting up shipping, content, pricing and offer A/B tests, and deploying winning changes that drive higher conversion rates and improve the user journey.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly monitor store performance metrics, such as site speeds, suggest ways to improve, and monitor the impact of implemented changes.

• Project Management: Oversee and execute key development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with our website strategists to align development efforts with broader business goals and make sure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for the Shopify store, including addressing technical issues, managing third-party integrations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Shopify updates, eCommerce trends, and CRO techniques, continuously applying new knowledge to enhance store performance.

Required Skills and Experience:
