Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:
Knowledge of the Product:
- Ensure that the staff, including yourself, is knowledgeable regarding all the products that we sell.
- Go above and beyond to meet the customers’ expectations or requirements.
- Ensure customers are well taken care of while they interact with the brand/company/employees.
- Meet the sales targets/budgets set for the store.
