Key functions:
- Fulfilment of personal steps plan (by income, by product groups)
- Consulting (including technical) clients on products, selection of the most suitable product, cross-selling on the basis of corporate standards
- Consulting clients on product issues - warranty, repairs, deliveries, company policies on the basis of corporate standards
- Processing incoming calls to the offline and online store and communications in online chat and messengers
- Work in CRM system (ordering missing items, issuing goods to the client upon pick-up, pre-ordering goods)
- Registration of sales, refunds, invoices, etc. in EXACT accounting software
- Work with the cash register and compliance with cash discipline
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in similar positions of more than 1 year
- Proficient user of English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of IT products
- Ability to work in multitasking mode and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic, highly motivated
