    • Recruit and build a nationwide network of blue-collar 1099 contractors for vehicle and equipment inspections.
    • Use creative sourcing strategies including job boards, Facebook groups, classifieds, referrals, and cold outreach.
    • Post and promote roles on non-traditional platforms and social media to reach a broader contractor audience.
    • Operate in a lean startup environment using simple tools like Google Sheets, Typeform, Trello, and email, without a fancy ATS.
    • Manage job postings, screen candidates, and maintain clear records of applicants.
    • Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment strategies and address sourcing challenges with minimal resources.
    • Provide a friendly, professional experience to all candidates while adapting to a fast-moving, evolving process.

    Minimum Requirements :

    Language requirement: Excellent English communication skills (close to native accent required)

    Education : Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

    Experience : 2-3 years of related experience in bulk or high-volume recruiting

    Industry : bulk or high-volume recruiting, preferably for part-time contract or blue-collar roles (e.g., inspectors, technicians, mechanics)

  • 23 years of experience in bulk or high-volume recruiting, ideally for part-time contract or blue-collar roles.
  • Experience recruiting 1099 contractors is a strong plus.
  • Creative sourcing skills, able to think beyond traditional job boards and leverage platforms like Facebook, Craigslist, local groups, and referrals.
  • Comfortable working with basic tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Typeform, and email; must be organized and adaptable in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage well with a U.S.-based blue-collar demographic.
  • Native-level English is required.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without heavy oversight.
