directly with the founding team and influence the internal engine of a growing company. You’ll
be responsible for keeping the business running smoothly—managing systems, streamlining
processes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Manage daily workflows, processes, and communications to ensure timely delivery across the business.
- Systems Management: Learn and optimize online tools and systems (e.g., CRMs,ask/project management tools, dashboards, calendars).
- Project Coordination: Assist with the planning, tracking, and execution of internal projects—ensuring all moving parts are aligned.
- Communication & Documentation: Draft clear, well-written communications and SOPs for both internal and external audiences.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and drive improvements across operational areas.
