Ihre Rolle bei Alstom - Das bewegen Sie mit unsSie werden die Überwachung und Verwaltung aller Facility-Management-Dienstleistungen des Standorts Salzgitter und Braunschweig leiten, einschließlich Instandhaltung, Reinigung, Sicherheit und Grundstücksmanagement. Im Tagesgeschäft arbeiten Sie eng mit Teams aus dem gesamten Unternehmen zusammen (wie z.B. Sicherheitsabteilung, Umweltmanagement), entwickeln Strategien zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit der Betriebsabläufe und vieles mehr.
Sie kümmern sich insbesondere um die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften, aber auch um die Planung und Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten.
Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Budgetierung und Kostenkontrolle der Facility-Management-Aktivitäten.
- Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten, inklusive Schnittstellenmanagement.
- Ansprechpartner für interne Abteilungen bezüglich Facility-Anliegen.
- Verantwortung als Elektrofachkraft an den Standorten Salzgitter und Braunschweig.

Responsibilities- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical parts and lights of heavy equipment including batteries.
- Dismount and mount electrical components.
- Disassemble and reassemble selective electrical components.
- Perform major repairs and troubleshooting.
- Implement preventive maintenance of electrical components.
- Prepare and submit daily accomplishment reports.
- Prepare electrical part surveys.
- Attend to breakdowns.
- Grade 12 / N3 / NCV 3 (NQF 4/10)
- 5 years relevant experience in Auto Electrical repairs of heavy equipment.
- Must be able to interpret Electrical/Electronic schematic diagrams of heavy equipment.
- Experience in repairing starter motors, alternators, and other electrical accessories.
- Rewiring/Re-harnessing of complete light and heavy equipment.
- Experience in Bell ADT, Doosan Front End Loaders, and excavators will be an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and performance-driven.
- Ability to relate and cooperate with plant personnel and production.
