Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Site Facility & Maintenance Manager (w/m/d) für unseren Standort in Salzgitter.

Sie werden die Überwachung und Verwaltung aller Facility-Management-Dienstleistungen des Standorts Salzgitter und Braunschweig leiten, einschließlich Instandhaltung, Reinigung, Sicherheit und Grundstücksmanagement. Im Tagesgeschäft arbeiten Sie eng mit Teams aus dem gesamten Unternehmen zusammen (wie z.B. Sicherheitsabteilung, Umweltmanagement), entwickeln Strategien zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit der Betriebsabläufe und vieles mehr.

Sie kümmern sich insbesondere um die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften, aber auch um die Planung und Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten.

Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

1. Budgetierung und Kostenkontrolle der Facility-Management-Aktivitäten.
2. Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten, inklusive Schnittstellenmanagement.
3. Ansprechpartner für interne Abteilungen bezüglich Facility-Anliegen.
4. Verantwortung als Elektrofachkraft an den Standorten Salzgitter und Braunschweig.

Contractor Supervision :

• Supervise contractors performing on-site work to ensure alignment with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

Preventative Maintenance :

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust preventative maintenance schedule for all site equipment.

Root Cause Analysis :

• Participate in root cause analysis teams to address product quality or integrity issues, providing technical insights and corrective actions.

Site Facility Management :

• Coordinate pest control, utilities contracts, engineering stores, maintenance and calibration contracts, fire equipment servicing, generator maintenance, site waste management, security, contractor management, and garden services.

Emergency Response :
