• Perform service and maintenance on HVAC assets, including air handling units with gas-fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pumps, air conditioning units, boilers, pumps, inverters, water heaters, and chillers.
• Identify non-repairable faults and advise the Line Manager, making recommendations for replacements when necessary.
• All activities to be conducted following our Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

You will hold recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, with at least four of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.

Having 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification is desirable.

You will be professional, friendly, flexible, courteous, and helpful, with a hands-on, can-do approach to work. A positive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment are essential, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in HVAC/Gas in a multi-site environment and a full driving license with willingness to travel daily are required.
