Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate ACE Curriculum: Guide students through PACE workbooks, ensuring they understand and master each concept before progressing.

- Score and Supervise: Ensure learners follow ACE procedures for scoring, correcting, and goal setting. Oversee academic progress through scoring stations.
- Academic Support: Provide individual assistance where needed, especially in foundational subjects such as reading, writing, and mathematics.
- Spiritual Mentorship: Model and teach Biblical values, incorporating daily devotions, scripture memory, and Christian character training.
- Assessment & Record-Keeping: Track and record student progress using ACE tracking systems (e.g., goal charts, progress reports, Supervisor's Progress Card).
- Parent Communication: Regularly update parents on academic progress, behavior, and spiritual growth through meetings and written reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- A relevant teaching qualification (B.Ed. degree).
- Permanent SACE number.
- Police clearance .
- Familiarity with or willingness to train in the ACE system.
- Strong Christian faith and alignment with the school's statement of faith.
- Passion for working with children and guiding them in both academics and character.
- Ability to work independently and manage a self-paced classroom.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
