Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field

Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, or AI Systems Architecture
- Hands on experience in AI infrastructure design, cloud-based AI solutions, or MLOps
- Expertise in managing AI workloads across cloud and hybrid environments.

- You will coach the team to develop Security opportunities that drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers, ensuring they understand Microsoft's security value proposition and derive value from their investment in Microsoft technology through deep understanding of security solutions and customer scenarios.
- You will coach the team to identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging security technical expertise. Support them in leading technical conversations with customers to maximize value from their Microsoft investments, adhering to MS best practices and policies, and utilizing repeatable Intellectual Property (IP). Manage your business and develop your team to meet customer needs and Microsoft targets.
- You will foster a culture of continuous self-learning and technical excellence. Drive the team to enable customers to realize desired business outcomes, including innovation. Model impactful community engagement and coach the team to contribute to repeatable IP.
- You will leverage your ability to apply principles, systems, tools, and strategic insights to improve key performance metrics (KPIs), drive operational efficiencies, and coach the team on situational fluency—studying your customer, understanding the situation, reading the room, and reacting accordingly. Coach the team on when and how to pivot customer/internal conversations based on environmental cues.
- You will leverage your broad technical experience and knowledge in foundational security, AI, architecture design, with depth in security to deliver the end-to-end security story for Microsoft. Highlight the value proposition using your expertise in security and related technologies such as Zero Trust, threat management, SOC monitoring (SIEM / SOAR), Extended Detection & Response (XDR), Cloud Security, and Identity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers OR equivalent experience.
