- Tertiary qualification
- Completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA
- Computer literate
- No criminal record
- 2 years of online English teaching experience required
- Clear, neutral English accent
- PC: Intel Core i5 or better (2 Cores, 4 CPUs) with 8GB+ RAM
- Internet: 20+ Mbps fiber via LAN cable
- Equipment: HD webcam and noise-canceling headset
- Power: UPS backup (for load shedding)
- Environment: Well-lit, professional teaching space suited for teaching young learners
