We're hiring a Senior Programme Manager to lead the next wave of digital learning innovation at FourthRev. Sitting within our Product function and reporting to the Chief Learning Officer, this role is ideal for someone who can operate at pace and depth, owning and evolving complex, careers-first learning products in a high-growth, AI-first EdTech environment.
This is not just about managing programmes. It's about shaping their future, strategically steering them through concept, build, launch and scale, with an eye firmly on market data, emerging tech, and learner outcomes. In the early phase you will be the primary driver - executing the vision, implementation plan and quality standards to ship great products - while progressively shaping and leading the experts (SMEs, PMs) that will scale around you. You will typically have experience of shipping products either as an Instructional/Learning Designer or Product Owner ideally in an educational environment, though not essential.
You'll work across teams, borders, and time zones, partnering with universities, employers, and internal experts to build high-impact, scalable products that sit at the centre of FourthRev's learner and partner promise.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of a high-value product portfolio, guiding programmes from opportunity scoping and sprint planning through to launch, optimisation and scale
- Champion AI-first, data-informed development by actively working with our current and dynamically developing tech stack to enhance speed, insight and quality
- Lead the end-to-end co-design and adaptation of programme curricula in collaboration with university faculty, SMEs, industry contributors and internal teams
- Manage the delivery of diverse learning assets including written, visual, video, and content to high production and quality standards
- Establish and monitor programme KPIs (e.g. JTBD, learner engagement and feedback, CSATs) and use data to inform product development prioritisation and continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and contributors, including Programme Managers, SMEs, and learning designers, with a focus on shipping high quality products on time, within budget and to high standards
- Maintain active, transparent communication with senior stakeholders, managing dependencies, risks and decision points
- Spot and implement process improvements that support scalability, automation and smarter workflows across the product development and enhancement lifecycle
- 8+ years of experience delivering high-quality digital products or programmes, including 2+ years at a senior level in fast-paced environments such as EdTech, SaaS or digital agencies
- A strong grasp of product development practices, from user-led design to agile delivery
- Demonstrable experience with AI-enabled tools, learning platforms and digital infrastructure such as LMS, LXP, analytics dashboards and integrations
- Proven success in co-creating product experiences that blend rigour with industry/market relevance
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, grounded in data and strategic outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal leadership, partners and contributors
- Experience overseeing suppliers and managing cross-functional delivery teams in remote-first settings
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as product management, education or digital technology is desirable but not essential

The Instructional Designer executes on the effort to create innovative education and learning solutions using sound instructional design methodologies, current technologies and effective project management to meet learning goals.

- Managing the identification and mitigation of Instructional Design risks.
- Participating in the integration and effective flow of work with other service areas & business.

- Degree in OD, L&D, Graphic design or equivalent - beneficial.
- +1 year in a formal Instructional Design role or similar with exposure to the end-to-end learning design and development process - essential.

Role Overview
As the Instructional Design Team Lead , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth collaboration within the Instructional Design Team, your departmental colleagues, as well as subject matter experts and stakeholders in other departments. You will lead the coordination of project timelines, manage approvals, facilitate communication, and support the overall workflow of our learning programs. Key Responsibilities
- Plan learning design projects with instructional designers, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met, while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Translate project plans into clear task lists, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress across the team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders, building positive relationships, ensuring clarity, and aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize and track the status of project approvals and reviews, proactively following up to keep workflows moving.
- Support people management functions such as assigning projects based on skills fit, monitoring capacity, and escalating bottlenecks where needed.
- Develop and manage a limited number of your own e-learning projects as an instructional designer.
- Support broader communication efforts – planning training launches, crafting clear, engaging messaging for both internal teams and client-facing audiences.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance team collaboration and the scalability of INFUSE Academy operations.
- Minimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level ID role experience or similar role within the L&D department.
- 1+ year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management within learning or related fields.
- Strong AI literacy. Experience with creating custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in managing change within teams.

The Teaching & Learning team in the Faculty of Arts & Science supports instructors and academic units in translating their goals into effective practice, building teaching expertise and capacity, conducting research and designing pedagogical resources, initiatives and approaches. The Computation and Data Science Education (CDSE) initiative aims to catalyze and support the integration of computation and data science across disciplines by providing pedagogical and technological support to faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students. In addition to supporting individual teaching teams and curricular efforts, the initiative will also serve as an interdisciplinary hub to bring together educators engaged in computation and data science teaching to share their experiences, best practices, and technological approaches.
Your opportunity:
Residing in the Office of the Dean, Teaching & Learning team, the EducationalTechnology Developer, CDSE, will work closely with academic units, faculty members and course instructors to develop and integrate educational technology related to computation and data science . The incumbent will provide specialized educational technology support, development and training for CDS education in collaboration with academic units and institutional teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Probing for information from end-users to identify problems and establish needs
- Troubleshooting issues uncovered by testing or user feedback
- Conducting needs assessments to determine end-user technical requirements
- Designing, testing, and modifying programming code
- Keeping well-informed on current technologies, best practices and industry standards
- Conducting detailed analysis and evaluation to inform program planning activities
- Drafting and editing training content
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Data Science or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum four years of related experience in educational development and/or training and development and experience with technical support, troubleshooting, and editing
- Experience in application support, specifically with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience with instructional design, in order to create effective and clear training materials
- Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis common data science libraries/ packages, including numpy, pandas, matplotlib (Python); tidyverse (R); and integrated text-code document formats such as Jupyter notebooks, Rmarkdown, and Quarto
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to educational development
- Experience with git and GitHub workflows, including in maintaining and contributing to open-source libraries.
- Python and R programming languages
- Unix terminal, systems monitoring and troubleshooting, and application deployment using virtual machines, containers, and cloud-based deployments
- Strong knowledge in Institutional Learning Management System (E.g.,Quercus/Canvas) or similar platforms, including knowledge of common issues and how to be addressed
- Ability to learn continually 'on-the-job', on own initiative, often without instructors, courses, texts, or other formal educational resources, to keep abreast of often rapid changes in requirements, software and technology
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both orally and in writing, to a diverse group of clients, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to persons with limited technical backgrounds
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize effectively when working with multiple tasks and projects
Assets (Nonessential):
- Experience with teaching and training at the post-secondary level
- Strong proficiency supporting the use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) in a teaching and learning context a strong asset.
