Join a dynamic and established school dedicated to delivering high-quality Steiner education. Situated on Arrernte country, 10-minutes from the township of Mparntwe / Alice Springs.
The Alice Springs Steiner School is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher for one of our Cassia Transition classes to commence in Term 1 2026 (an earlier start in Term 4 2025 is possible). The successful applicant will be passionate about education. They will understand Steiner pedagogy and have a willingness to learn more.
The Alice Springs Steiner School teachers are supported by experienced teacher assistants. A learning support team also supports teachers and individual students with diverse learning needs. Our Cassia room is a beautiful, home-like environment with a Steiner, play-based program for children who are 5 and 6 years old. The teacher will teach all aspects of The Australian Steiner Curriculum Frameworkfollowing Rudolf Steiner’s early childhood indications of child development.
Qualifications
The applicant must be able to register with the NT Teacher Registration Board (TRB),andprovide a currentOchre Card, Police CheckandFirst Aid Certificate(or be able to provide these prior to the contract start date).

Internship

We are looking for a Manager Credit Risk Early Collections (without direct reports)to provide client service by applying sound credit risk management principles in our early collections space through management of a dedicated portfolio thereby enabling Nedbank to reduce the RRB impairment charge with the view to rehabilitate, in line with the business strategy.

Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist, La Plata, San Juan, and/or Archuleta counties
Community Connections, Inc. is seeking a part-time licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide SLP services for children birth – 3 in Early Intervention. Job Description : Early Intervention Therapists serve Community Connections as part-time employees working with children and families through the Part C/Early Intervention Program. Schedules are flexible, and are generally scheduled with families and coordinated with the Child Find team as needed. Participation in needed Part C trainings is required. Must provide own transportation and be willing to travel around local communities to families’ homes, childcare settings and other community locations where children and their families are.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in public and private insurance billing as requested and as able.
- Become a Medicaid provider.
- Assist in developing Individual Family Support Plans (IFSP).
- Implement assigned strategies and action plans from the IFSP.
- Work with the Service Coordinator for each family to identify family priorities and gather resources for the family.
- Participate in trans-disciplinary teams as needed.
- Attend IFSP meetings and reviews.
- Provide ongoing assessment, at least annually, with a qualified tool and family input.
- Maintain current and accurate documentation, including certifications, licensing, endorsements and registrations, and shall register and update his or her information at least annually in the provider database maintained by the division for developmental disabilities.
- Participate in the reporting of Child outcomes, meeting the minimum requirements.
- Submit paperwork for billing and payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay current in trends in Early Intervention, Best Practices and Evidence-Based Practices for applicable field.
- Respond to families’ needs in professional and courteous manner, building relationships with families and children that will become the basis for all interventions.
- Communicate problems or concerns to the Service Coordinator or Early Intervention Program Manager immediately.
- Fulfill other duties requested by the Early Intervention Services Director to assure community compliance with the State and Part C Federal Assurances.

Job Description
To manage the daily activities and driving the performance of a team of Early Stage Collection agents, in order to meet the business objectives by improving and maximising the collection of outstanding revenue for private label card accounts through successful planning, directing, and supervision.
Main Activities
1. Manage daily operations
ul>2. Coaching and mentoring of team
- Identify training needs and ensure adequate training and coaching takes place
- Upskill team in resolving escalated customer queries
- Develop the team through motivation, counselling, soft skill training and product knowledge education
- Conduct QA audits for all agents on a weekly basis
3. Team Administration
- Ensure new starters effectively transition into the team
- Conduct probation review meetings during first 3 months of employment
- Address any behavioural concerns in line with the Company’s Disciplinary Policy li>Manage the team’s absenteeism in line with the Company’s Absence Management Policy i.e. return to work etc.
- Ensure all leave transactions is processed on ESS
- Manage the waybill and overtime/special time to payroll
- Ensure the termination process is completed for all employees leaving the business
4. Team performance, monitoring and reporting
- Set, track and report on individual targets for each agent within the team
- Collate and effectively utilize reports for performance management of department KPI’s li>Conduct monthly performance reviews with team
- Address any underperformance in line with the Company’s Performance Improvement Policy /ul>
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the call centre environment li>3 years’ experience in a similar role li>Experience in Employee Relations, Poor Performance and Absence Management
- Experience in leading and managing teams of at least 12 people
- Knowledge and understanding of call centre processes and methodology
- Knowledge and understanding of the Retail Credit Account Management business
- Ability to effectively, clearly and convincingly communicate at all levels in the company and with customers and suppliers (both verbally and in writing)
- Efficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel,
- Knowledge of the account management principles and an understanding of the consumer credit/retail credit environment
