Wil jij een directe bijdrage leveren aan de kwaliteit van het politiewerk door toekomstige politiemedewerkers te trainen in taalvaardigheid en juridisch taalgebruik?

Bij ons krijg je de kans om jouw passie voor de Nederlandse taal en je kennis van juridische terminologie te combineren in uitdagend, praktijkgericht onderwijs.

Als docent Beroepstaalvaardigheid (BTV) zorg je ervoor dat studenten niet alleen foutloos en helder communiceren, maar ook dat zij complexe juridische teksten en politieterminologie correct en overtuigend kunnen gebruiken in hun werk. Je leert hen bijvoorbeeld hoe zij processen-verbaal opstellen, rapportages structureren en juridisch verantwoorde formuleringen toepassen, essentiële vaardigheden in de dagelijkse praktijk van het politiewerk.

Wat ga je doen als docent BTV?

In Deze Rol Ben Je Verantwoordelijk Voor Het

  • Verzorgen van lessen Nederlandse taal gericht op juridisch-politiecontext en beroepsspecifieke communicatie;
  • Trainen van studenten in het begrijpen, toepassen en correct formuleren van juridische termen;
  • Begeleiden van het schrijfproces van processen-verbaal, rapportages en correspondentie;
  • Ontwikkelen van lesmateriaal en opdrachten die aansluiten bij actuele politierichtlijnen en -processen;
  • Stimuleren van kritisch taalgebruik en communicatieve precisie in zowel mondelinge als schriftelijke situaties;
  • Begeleiden en coachen van studenten op hun individuele taalvaardigheidsontwikkeling;
  • Toetsen en beoordelen van taalvaardigheid op basis van vastgestelde leerdoelen.

Jouw profiel

Wij Zoeken Een Docent Die

  • Een afgeronde lerarenopleiding Nederlands heeft (HBO of WO);
  • Ervaring heeft met het geven van Nederlandse taal- en schrijfvaardigheidslessen;
  • Beschikt over een juridische achtergrond of aantoonbare ervaring met politie- of juridisch taalgebruik;
  • In staat is om complexe juridische terminologie helder en toepasbaar uit te leggen;
  • Coachend en resultaatgericht werkt, met oog voor de verschillende leerstijlen van studenten;
  • Affiniteit heeft met het veiligheidsdomein en beroepsonderwijs.
