Role Overview
As the Creative Design Specialist at The Really Great Teacher Company you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to create consistent highquality design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and values to our global audience. Content creation includes both static and video formats.
Primary Responsibilities :
Brand Identity Management :
Maintain The Really Great Teacher Companys corporate identity ensuring consistency across all materials internally and externally.
Evolve the companys brand to remain relevant visually compelling and relatable to changing market trends.
Create style guides and templates that can effectively be implemented where required.
Develop visual concepts that support and deliver on marketing strategies.
Collaboration and Project Management :
Work closely with Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to support marketing objectives.
Monthly content planning for effective project management.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Conceptualize creative campaigns and input on marketing campaigns and strategies.
Communicate effectively with international team members across different time zones.
Multimedia Design :
Create engaging content that supports departmental objectives.
Creative concept ideation to create captivating imagery that delivers on campaign messaging and objectives.
Design requirements include all graphics for all marketing outputs externally and internally where needed. This can include a range of different multimedia graphics such as static designs video content creation GIFs infographics reports proposals etc.
Create visually appealing email marketing templates and graphics.
Design and update website graphics banners and visual elements.
Develop digital ads for various platforms with optimal dimensions.
Video and Motion Graphics :
Develop concepts and storyboards for video content.
Create motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
Edit and enhance video content for various platforms and purposes.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field
35 years of professional graphic design experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects)
Experience designing for digital platforms and social media
Video editing and motion graphics skills
Strong typography skills and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of design principles visual hierarchy and composition
Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency
Technical Skills : Adobe Creative Suite
Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with AI tools to support role requirements
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms
Soft Skills :

Job Description
This role requires expertise in several different areas, including:
- Expert user of digital production platforms in the domain of computational and parametric engineering design; At least one of the following technology stacks: Revit + Dynamo, Rhino + Grasshopper. Knowledge of more than one platform, including Generative Components, will be considered as a plus.
- Creator and author of definitions using out of the box nodes tools within the defined platforms. The ability to create and maintaining custom nodes using Python and/or C# is also preferrable.
- Parametric modelling, creation and development of smart objects (i.e.: Revit Families using adaptive components), with customisable functionality and custom-built parameters for automation
- Digital tools deployment, ensure that development is focused on production team usage, for example, automated workflows that can be operated by Revit users using Dynamo Player or Orkestra.
- Work with project teams to accurately capture the requirements of any workflow we are seeking to automate, to create a specification for the tools and content that will be required to achieve the automation aim.

- Contribute to the creation of advanced parametric content that will be required by many of the automation tools being created.
- Production of 3D BIM project models aligned to project specified BIM requirements using Autodesk Revit
- In collaboration with AECOM Digital Delivery global and the Digital Engineering Leads, engage on design automation initiatives across global regions for multiple design disciplines
- Advise and provide support for interoperability procedures between authoring software, and interfacing CAD/BIM & Analysis software packages.
- Support the development of computational engineering standards and best practices, through non-project design technology workshops.
- Open and willing to be flexible regarding taking on varied types of work, learn and develop new skills for digital project delivery whilst supporting the project teams with traditional deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computational Engineering, Engineering Design, Architecture, or Information Management, or related discipline plus at least 2-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Very good working knowledge of BIM Platforms complimentary to using authoring tools (i.e.: BIM360/ACC, Navisworks, ProjectWise, Revizto, etc.)
- Proven track record of design automation experience using the required platforms.
- Proven track record of the ability to create complex parametric content (predominantly Revit families), for use with automation tools.
- Technical design and construction knowledge in engineering design and construction.
- Working knowledge of any of the following will be considered favourable: Revit SDK, Dynamo SDK, Forge APIs, Rhinoceros SDK, Grasshopper SDK, RhinoInside, RhinoCompute (Hops), Bentley Connect SDK, Python, C#
- Experience within Building, Transportation or Water/P&P design projects
