REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Essential)
• Honours or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Preferred)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in:
  • Accreditation requirements across quality councils, SETAs, and DHET
  • Development and quality assurance of learning materials and assessment toolsin a TVET space, with a focus on curriculum development as it applies to Occupational Certificates.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Essential)
• Experience with Moodle or other LMS platforms (Preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  

DUTIES

• Assist in designing and reviewing academic products aligned with the GuidEd Learning
• Map and develop student journeys in collaboration with facilitators and coordinators.
• Contribute to the development and review of qualifications to reflect evolving educational trends.
• Design and develop new qualifications and short courses.
• Work with the Accreditation and Quality Assurance team to maintain and apply for institutional accreditations.
• Create and maintain assessments that align with curriculum requirements.
• Ensure assessments meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Work with internal departments to ensure an optimal student experience.
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements.
• Provide academic input and updates to relevant departments.
• Track project progress and provide regular reports to the manager.
• Highlight challenges and delays and propose viable solutions.

Position Title: Education Sales Specialist (US Market)

Working Rhythm: Our shifts are eight-hours, and we may need weekend availability for any successful candidate. As an Education Sales Specialist at Nexford, your role goes beyond just closing enrollments – you’ll be a key player in driving our mission to provide accessible, high-quality education globally. This is a highly targeted, consultative B2C sales position where you’ll manage both inbound and outbound calls in a fully remote setting, working directly with prospective learners to align Nexford's offerings with their career goals. The role requires balancing productivity and quality: not only exceeding enrollment targets but also upholding Nexford’s standards through rigorous QA call marking during downtime. • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment, with the discipline to manage your own productivity and prioritize high-impact activities without heavy oversight.
• Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, with strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities to interpret data and guide informed conversations.

• Min 2 years’ experience in a LMS Technical Support role involving instructional design using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and other Storyboarding tools

Responsibilities

• Learning Management System (LMS) Technical back-end support to students and faculty.
• Technical and Administration support with migration, roll-out and implementation of new LMS.
• Liaising with LMS vendor (Moodle) on technical issues.
• Administrative support in the transition of content onto the new LMS System
  • Supporting project planning for the transition and update of Academy content across 4 programmes - with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and faculty.

• Engaging with LMS and instructional design vendors on content development and updates.
