Minimum of 3 years of hands-on credit risk modelling experience.
Strong knowledge of statistical methods and contemporary modelling techniques.
Proven ability to code in Python, R, or SAS.
Track record in managing projects or workstreams in a consulting or banking environment.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience mentoring junior staff and working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder settings.
