The ideal candidate will manage a team of subcontractors and casual workers to ensure that buildings and gardens are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple properties.
• Ensure that buildings, gardens, and infrastructure are consistently well maintained.
• Lead and manage a team of workers, providing direction and support as needed.
• Oversee construction and renovation projects from planning to completion, including budgeting, resource management, and execution.
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and address any issues or delays.

Required Experience

• A minimum of five (5) years of practical experience as a Site Surveyor on civil engineering projects is essential.
• Proven experience working on major roads, bridges, or bulk earthworks projects is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency with modern surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and digital levels.
• Strong knowledge of survey principles, techniques, and data processing software.

Required Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
