JOB DESCRIPTION MUST HAVE FLIGHT ATTENDANT EXPERIENCE!
This means serving people on an aircraft. Office Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Various working hours during flights.
Must be on standby. Purpose of the Position: Provide a high level of flight attendant assistance to passengers on a private jet seating 20 people.
Travel is: Family, Clients, Guests, and Office staff from time to time.
Responsibilities and Duties: Not limited.
- Provide information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers onboard aircraft.
- Attend the "brief" and act on it.
- Conduct safety checks before the flight.
- Meet and greet passengers.
- The family is Muslim; halal meals are crucial.
- The service offered should always be five-star.
- Prepare and serve drinks and meals to passengers.
- Liaise with in-house pilots on itineraries, planning menus, and purchasing groceries and other items.
- Ensure inventory items are in order (cutlery & crockery).
- Stock take of products on the airplane.
- Attendant must ensure all trash has been removed from the cabin and seats are in their correct positions before performing a final safety check.
- After landing, assist passengers in safely disembarking.
- Client and staff liaison when requested.
- Assist with administrative tasks at the office where needed.
- Always have a valid passport.
- Ensure planes/helicopters are clean before and after each flight.
- Set and style the interior as approved.
- Perform administrative tasks such as drafting letters, memos, reports, emails, etc.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients as required.
- Assist with itinerary travel planning if requested.
- Manage diaries as requested.
- Take minutes of meetings, assist staff with admin work, run errands, etc.
- Be prepared to travel on short notice, both locally and internationally.
- The duties may be updated and expanded over time.
Academic & Trade Qualifications: Air hostess certification (optional), First Aid Course, High school diploma, and Silver tray hospitality training.
Work experience and Skills: Proven experience with contactable references. First class, VIP, or corporate flight experience is highly advantageous. 2 to 5 years of related experience.
