Job Description

Position Overview

CoSauce is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead enterprise resource planning initiatives for our key construction and operations client. This role will drive the successful deployment, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency across multiple project sites and business units.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and client stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets, scope, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion

System Configuration & Integration

  • Configure ERP modules including financials, procurement, inventory management, project accounting, and reporting
  • Design and implement system integrations with existing client platforms and third-party applications
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Create custom workflows and business process automation within the ERP framework

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary liaison between CoSauce and client leadership on ERP initiatives
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business users across departments
  • Facilitate change management processes and user adoption strategies
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to executive stakeholders

Training & Support

  • Develop comprehensive training programs for end-users at all levels
  • Create documentation including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures
  • Establish support structures for ongoing system maintenance and optimization
  • Mentor junior team members on ERP best practices and methodologies

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
  • 3+ years in a project management role with demonstrated success leading complex technology initiatives
  • Experience with construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries preferred
  • Background in BPO or client services environment highly desirable

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture, modules, and integration capabilities
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms and SaaS implementations
  • Knowledge of API integrations and middleware solutions
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing remote and distributed teams
  • Client-facing experience with ability to build strong relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • ERP vendor certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of construction management software and industry-specific ERP modules

Desired Skills:

  • experience integrating or implementing QuickBooks NetSuite Sage or similar systems
  • - Background in accounting finance or related systems implementation
  • - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Specification

  • Analysis of client’s system requirements pre implementation
  • Assist with new clients’ onboardings and new systems implementation projects
  • Provide Business As Usual support for ongoing matters on Portals Maintain Investor Portals configuration and setup to optimize systems according to business requirements
  • Manage vendors actively for development and enhancements Monitor, troubleshoot and analyze issues within the Investor Portals
  • Assist in client onboarding and new systems implementation projects
  • Assist in training the business users and updating training guides
  • Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires

Skills Required

  • B.Com or similar tertiary business study with Information Technology exposure
  • 1 – 5 years’ experience within the financial industry (preferable)
  • Experience in accounting/ financial sector; An aptitude for working with systems
  • Experience in a fund accounting system advantageous
  • Project management
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong team player
  • Solution orientated & strong problem-solving skills

CRM /QuickBooks Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for someone with solid general accounting skills but who is also comfortable operating in a sales operations capacity. This is a hybrid role that bridges finance and sales processes, supporting the flow from customer contracts all the way to billing and accounts receivable.

Fully remote. USA Business hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process customer contracts, ensuring key details are captured accurately in Salesforce.

  • Set up new orders in Salesforce and coordinate with billing once orders are complete.

  • Support billing operations as needed (prior billing or invoicing experience is a plus).

  • Enter billing cases in Salesforce, ensuring they are ready to be invoiced.

  • Manage AR tasks for a small set of customers, assisting with collections and account management.

  • Support the revenue accounting process when needed (experience here is a nice-to-have but not a must).

  • Be the liaison between Sales, Finance, and Billing to ensure smooth hand-offs and data accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

  • General accounting background (you know your way around invoices, AR, and order set-up, but you're not stuck in the GL all day).

  • Experience working in Salesforce (or similar CRM system) is essential.

  • Previous experience in a Sales Ops or Order-to-Cash support role is highly valued.

  • Exposure to revenue accounting processes is a plus.

  • Someone who thrives in a cross-functional, detail-heavy environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Join Our Team as a Finance Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Systems Architect to lead a small team of analysts and oversee the development and management of financial systems. This role is instrumental in driving automation, process efficiency, and data integrity across our finance operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide the team in building and maintaining scalable solutions that enhance financial processes and decision-making. Additionally, the role includes engaging with third-party providers to support system enhancements and implementations when required.

Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor a small team of financial systems analysts, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in system design, automation, and data management.

Financial Systems Development and Maintenance:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated financial systems and tools.
  • Oversee the development of automation solutions for reconciliations, income statement reviews and other key finance tasks.
  • Ensure data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) are robust, scalable, and efficient.

Process Automation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and drive opportunities for automation to streamline finance processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Promote the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance workflows and system efficiency.

Data Management and Analytics:

  • Supervise data integration, ensuring clean, well-organized, and easily accessible financial datasets.
  • Oversee the development of analytics tools that drive insights for financial decision-making.

Systems Infrastructure, Support, and Third-Party Management:

  • Collaborate with IT to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of financial systems.
  • Oversee system upgrades, ensuring smooth implementation and effective post-deployment support.
  • Engage with third-party providers for system enhancements, troubleshooting, or project implementations.

Collaboration and Strategy Development:

  • Support the implementation of new financial models and process improvements.
  • Provide strategic input on technology roadmaps and system enhancements, communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Advantageous: Bachelor of Business Science Majoring in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial systems management, automation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a small team of analysts or developers.
  • Programming skills in Python with experience in data analysis, automation, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Azure, Dynamics 365, and Snowflake is advantageous.

Location

We are ideally seeking exceptional candidates to be based in Cape Town who are able to commute to the office at least 2 days a week.

Responsibilities
Receive, assess and allocate JIRA requests
Drive delivery of system related tasks against agreed priorities and deadlines
Ensure periodic client cadences for alignment, prioritization and escalation activities
Ensure adequate resource levelling in response to backlog and incoming JIRA requests
Ensure adherence to release, incident and SAP change management procedures
Ensure audit compliance in user access and change management

Understand the business processes for which any solution architecture is being developed
Influence SGT IT Strategies ensuring collaborative alignment
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
Interacts with senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach

What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification
Bachelors degree or Diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
ITIL Certification or similar

Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of SAP service delivery principles
Advanced knowledge of planning deliverables i.e. timelines and resources
Technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA on-premise FI, CO, PS, MM, SD, EAM, MDG
Technical knowledge of SAP Data Services will be advantageous
Technical knowledge of SAP Insurance Analyzer will be advantageous
Advanced knowledge of system change management processes preferably using JIRA or similar
Understanding Waterfall methodology
Understanding Agile methodologies will be advantageous
Understanding SAP ABAP and FIORI will be advantageous
