In addition, the role acts as the owner of an assigned customer portfolio (house accounts) and carries full commercial responsibility for the accounts handled. This includes managing and developing business relationships, driving customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring sustainable business development.

**How you create impact**
+ Holistic support for customers in the field of sea freight and promotion of long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
+ Processing customer inquiries and preparing offers
+ Control of order processing from order acceptance to document verification to the completion of the shipment
+ Integration and maintenance of customer data as well as creation of reports for the analysis and optimization of our services
+ Close cooperation with the operational departments, sales and carriers
+ Expansion of the portfolio of our existing customers, development of new business and acquisition of customers

**What we would like you to bring**
+ Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
+ First professional experience in customer service, ideally in transport and forwarding
+ Confident handling of MS Office programs
+ Independent, team-oriented and service-oriented working style
+ Confident appearance, strong communication skills as well as a high level of service and customer orientation
+ Good written and spoken English skills
