About the role

  • Develop and update knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvements.

  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure service excellence.

  • Participate in scheduled shift rotations to provide support between 07:00 and 19:00 BST.

  • Support priority incidents and service requests in accordance with defined SLAs and escalation procedures.

  • Provide occasional out-of-hours support for critical business incidents when required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support, service desk, or managed services environment.

  • Hands-on administration experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

  • Experience managing Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.

  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.

  • Experience troubleshooting email systems, forwarding rules, and mailbox configurations.

  • Practical experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Google Endpoint Management, Jamf, or equivalent solutions.

  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or Freshservice.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments.

  • Understanding of ITIL service management principles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Our client is a fast-growing recruitment business specialising in the education sector. The business is expanding following a major acquisition that provides exclusive access to multi-academy trusts, creating significant recruitment opportunities ahead of the upcoming peak season.

The company operates within a high-energy, work hard, play hard environment while maintaining a supportive, family-oriented team. New consultants receive structured onboarding through classroom training, system demonstrations, and active call coaching from day one.

THE ROLE: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

This is a full recruitment lifecycle role with an equal focus on candidate generation and service delivery within the education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates while managing recruitment activity through the company's CRM and recruitment systems.

Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching are provided to support success in the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, engage, and place candidates within the education sector.
  • Conduct daily outbound "power hour" calling sessions.
  • Source a minimum of five new candidates each day.
  • Maintain active pipeline regeneration within the CRM.
  • Manage, write, and optimise up to 20 advertisements on the Team Tailor platform.
  • Submit daily End of Day (EOD) reports to leadership.

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong IT literacy with the ability to use modern CRM software.
  • Experience with Team Tailor is advantageous.
  • Highly articulate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by earning commission.
  • Able to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

  • Able to commit to full-time office attendance (5 days per week).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Probation: 6 months (may be completed early upon successfully securing 56 deals).
