Job Purpose
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Brand Coordinator to join their dynamic South African team . This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional to support brand initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple channels.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Editor, and Web Developer, the Brand Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and developing the client's visual identity across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and delivering creative assets that strengthen the firm's reputation and client experience while contributing to its ongoing success and growth.
This is a remote working opportunity , requiring availability during normal South African business hours.
Responsibilities & Duties
Maintain and develop Lyons Bowe's visual identity and brand guidelines
Design creative assets for social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and website content
Create and maintain Figma libraries, templates, and design systems
Support branding across internal and external communications
Design brochures, presentations, guides, and promotional materials
Assist with website and landing page visual design
Support charity partnerships through co-branded campaign materials
Create campaign identity packs for key marketing initiatives
Produce graphics and visual content for office launches and location rollouts
Assist with basic video editing and motion graphics where required
Explore and utilise AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and creativity
Ensure all creative output aligns with the Lyons Bowe brand
Requirements
3 to 4 years' experience in a Brand Coordinator, or similar branding and marketing role.
Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Art Direction, or a related field (Degree, Diploma, or equivalent combination of certifications and industry experience).
Strong proficiency in Figma (essential), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience using Canva and Mailchimp; knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and creating assets across social media, email, web, and print.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration
Between R25 000 – R30 000 based on experience.

- Minimum 5 years interior décor/interior design industry experience (manufacturing, sales or design)
