As the Butchery Manager for the Bluff branch, you will take full operational responsibility for the supermarket butchery and butchery plant, ensuring seamless daily execution, stock control, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and departmental profitability by managing financial targets and daily, weekly, and monthly GP reporting.
  • Manage stock levels, product range availability, daily ordering schedules, and weekly inventory counts.
