+ Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver regional Aortic Training & Education programs for healthcare professionals, field teams, technical support teams, and relevant internal stakeholders.

+ Support the development and execution of HCP education programs, preceptorships, proctorships, workshops, peer-to-peer education, faculty engagement, and regional education events where relevant.
+ Help build and maintain a regional network of qualified Aortic faculty, trainers, proctors, and centers of excellence to support scalable education across Asia.
+ Ensure training programs meet internal business objectives, customer needs, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive security awareness and training program for all employees.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to create engaging and accessible educational content.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of common cybersecurity threats, social engineering tactics, and best practices for end-users.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
