Job Description

SCOPE:
Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives.

MAIN TASKS:
  • Directs and supervises staff;
  • Assigning and delegating projects;
  • Ensure that proper staff levels are maintained;
  • Coaches and mentors and/or implements corrective action for performance;
  • Conduct employee evaluations, reviews and approves employee timesheets;
  • Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates;
  • Ensures assignments are completed on schedule and in a timely manner;
  • Ensure training and supervision is provided at all times;
  • Ensure that all despatch equipment is maintained and in operational condition;
