**Introduction Summary**
As a Technology Senior Logistics Consultant, you will work within a global team focusing on the positioning and delivery of Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) services. You will support customers in South Africa and globally, as well as contribute to internal initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP logistics modules and data migration, combined with the ability to engage customers and design solutions that address complex business transformation needs.
**Location:** Johannesburg or Cape Town
**What you'll do**
+ Identify customer logistics business needs and design appropriate solution proposals aligned to the DMLT portfolio and related SAP offerings.
+ Lead and facilitate customer workshops and discussions to validate solution design and ensure alignment with requirements.
+ Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses supported by SAP DMLT tools and methodology.
+ Contribute to the continuous enhancement of DMLT solution design in line with evolving market requirements.
+ Apply expertise in SAP logistics modules (SD, MM, PP, PM) and underlying data models.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across SAP.
+ Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
+ Hands-on experience implementing data migration objects within SD, MM, PP, and PM modules.
**What you bring**
+ 7-10 years of technical consulting delivery experience.
+ Experience in SAP ABAP programming, debugging, and integrations.
+ Experience acting as a solution architect or advisor, supporting customers in defining IT roadmaps using SAP products and services.
+ Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models and logistics processes.
+ Experience across multiple industries such as Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Utilities, and Automotive.
+ Proven experience leading at least two complex data migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.
+ Experience in S/4HANA implementations using tools such as Migration Cockpit, Data Services, or Migration Workbench.
+ Familiarity with SAP DMLT tools and methodology.
+ Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform is an advantage.
+ Process knowledge across Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Design-to-Operate, or Hire-to-Retire.
+ Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-level.
+ Strong communication, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
+ Fluency in English.

You will be part of the Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT) organization within the Customer Success board area. This global service delivery team supports customers through strategy definition, conceptual planning, and execution of business and technology transformation projects.
DMLT provides a holistic approach to data management, including data quality, integration, and transformation services. The organization supports customers in scenarios such as system transformation, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and optimization of data and processes. The team plays a critical role in enabling customers to transition to SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Suite through initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, and SAP Move.

ELECTRICAL PROJECT ENGINEER - AUTOMATION & ROBOTICS

Our client, an industrial automation and robotics company specializing in custom automation and system integration solutions, is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer!

Location: Pretoria

Salary: R40,000 - R50,000 CTC per month

Essential Qualifications:

- NDip/BTech or BEng in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering

- Valid driver's license and own transport

Essential Experience:

- 3-5 years in an electrical project or an industrial automation environment

- Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, documentation, and drawing control

- Panel build and/or commissioning and FAT experience (preferred)

- Proven ability to manage and direct technical team on-site

- Strong organizational skills; able to work under pressure and meet hard deadlines

Advantageous Experience:

- FMCG / Food & Beverage sector project experience

- PLC, E&I, or control systems exposure

- Eplan or electrical drafting software exposure

- International project delivery experience

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Develop and manage detailed project schedules aligned to client requirements

- Generate/review electrical design drawings; manage drawing revisions

- Manage documentation control

- Compile project data books for quality inspections and FAT

Team Leadership:

- Direct daily tasking and coordination of site execution team (technicians and apprentices)

- Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients

- Ensure project milestones are met

Procurement & Budget:

- Prepare procurement packages: scope, obtain quotes, approve orders

- Expedite material delivery

- Track project budgets

- Identify and manage scope changes and ECRs

Reporting:

- Provide regular, structured project status updates to senior management

- Own project from kick-off through to FAT and final handover

Computer Skills:

- MS Windows, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Project

- Proficient in Excel and Sage

Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience and Skills

• 6+ Develop models to generate insights and support business decisions
• 6+ years applying statistical methods, machine learning, and domain knowledge to solve complex business problems
• Minimum 1 years knowledge of foundational Large Language Models and agentic AI
• 6+ years Python/R, SQL, notebooks, visualization tools (Power BI), experimentation frameworks

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering) or similar qualification.
• Relevant cloud certification in Data Science or Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence - mandatory

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate business problems into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, issues, and opportunities
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support analytics and modelling use cases
• Develop, train, evaluate, and iterate on machine learning and AI models
