+ Ensure training programs meet internal business objectives, customer needs, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in clinical training, field support, medical device, healthcare, or related areas.
+ Experience in Aortic therapies, endovascular procedures, cardiovascular interventions, vascular surgery, interventional cardiology, radiology, or related medical device therapy areas.
+ Strong understanding of Aortic therapy workflows, procedural environments, HCP education needs, and clinical training requirements.
+ Experience developing and delivering technical, clinical, or product training programs for healthcare professionals and/or internal field teams.
+ Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear, structured, practical, and engaging education content.

+ Works closely with clinical study teams to plans and executes activities to ensure project timelines are met with high quality deliverables
+ Collaborates with CR&D staff regarding data analysis requests
+ Performs additional statistical analyses including but not limited to:
o Support responses to regulatory agencies
o Generate integrated summary of safety and efficacy
o Support publications and presentations
o Support planning and reporting of clinical trials via exploratory analyses of available data
**Requirements**
+ BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related area with relevant experience
+ At least 7 years of experience in either clinical programming and/or statistical programming, within the CRO/pharmaceutical environment using SAS Software
+ In depth understanding of clinical programming and/or statistical programming processes and standards
+ Extensive experience with statistical programming using the SAS software including development and use of SAS Macros. Strong programming and problem-solving skills
+ Trained / hands on experience of R Programming
+ Advanced knowledge in CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM)
+ Proven experience in leading programming activities for pooled and exploratory analyses across multiple clinical studies and submission activities (or equivalent)
+ Proven ability to work effectively both independently or in a team setting, and to meet set goals by managing own timelines
+ Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural and international clinical trial teams

Lead and oversee a team of clinical database design professionals responsible for the delivery and build of multiple clinical studies across various platforms. Serve as a client-facing representative for the clinical database design function, with accountability for project financials, scope management, and relationship development. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting IT teams on software application maintenance and adoption as needed.
**Essential Functions**
+ Serve in a **global SME role** for clinical database design and data management.
+ May act as a **global librarian** , supporting and performing CAPA activities, issue management, and escalations.
+ Perform **project financial checks and reviews** , including budget monitoring and variance analysis.
+ Define, prioritize, and manage **resource requirements and assignments** across projects.
