**Role Summary/Purpose**
The Social Media and CRM Specialist will be the driving force behind Hill's social and content strategies to grow, manage and administrate all aspects of the pet parent and professional social communities and CRM functions.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Cross-Channel Social Strategy and Content Creation: Own and implement the overarching content strategy across all social platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Write and brief content reflective of the brand's key pillars to build and nourish a social following and achieve business KPIs.
+ Community Management: Answer all pet parent and professional queries, managing a bank of standard responses and escalating problems where necessary. Be on the constant lookout for opportunities to engage with followers, including influencers.
+ Market Evaluation: Spot emerging trends and identify creative opportunities to execute content that taps into viral social moments. Monitor competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities suitable for the Hill's brand.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Marketing, Customer Development, Professional Veterinary Affairs and Agency teams (local and global) to amplify product launches, events, and brand activations across our social channels, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent everywhere.
+ CRM Strategy Implementation: Manage the implementation of the pet parent and professional CRM journeys including content creation, briefing and deployment of communications. Assist in managing the pet parent and professional databases, building email workflows and ensuring high-quality 1st-party data collection.
+ Analytics and Optimisation: Track, analyse and report all social and CRM activity and campaign performance to ensure objectives are being achieved and learnings are being actioned.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business, or a related field
+ At least 3 years' experience in social media content generation and community management
