The key responsibilities of the position includes:

• Quality Control and Inspection operations in the factory as per required ISO9001 standards and requirements.
• Perform first off, random and final product inspections at all production stations and record results accordingly.
• Perform visual inspection on products prior delivering to the Warehouse i.e. product quality, packaging and to make sure labelling and quantities is correct.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and fault finding on injection and blow moulding machines.

• Maintain auxiliary equipment including granulators, dryers, chillers, conveyors, and robotic systems.

• Troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, temperature controllers, and HMI/SCADA systems.

• Carry out panel wiring, installations, and preventative maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO).
