**Qualifications**

**Requirements**
+ BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related area with relevant experience
+ At least 7 years of experience in either clinical programming and/or statistical programming, within the CRO/pharmaceutical environment using SAS Software
+ In depth understanding of clinical programming and/or statistical programming processes and standards
+ Extensive experience with statistical programming using the SAS software including development and use of SAS Macros. Strong programming and problem-solving skills
+ Trained / hands on experience of R Programming
+ Advanced knowledge in CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM)
+ Proven experience in leading programming activities for pooled and exploratory analyses across multiple clinical studies and submission activities (or equivalent)
+ Proven ability to work effectively both independently or in a team setting, and to meet set goals by managing own timelines
+ Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural and international clinical trial teams

+ Develop BIM content based on BIM Modelling standards
+ Take ownership and responsibility for own work
+ Ensures accuracy and quality of discipline models
+ Develop constituent parts of the Information Model in connection with specific tasks
+ Ability to work on multiple projects at once
+ Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and common model development tasks
+ Work within a team on single or multidisciplinary projects
+ Maintain awareness of compliance to safety and quality standards and integration of design
**Qualifications**
Here's what we are looking for:
+ Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Building services utilizing Revit, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
+ Preferred candidates will have a certification or qualification in Mechanical built environment studies.
+ At least 1 year of experience in a BIM environment.
+ Preferred certification in Revit.
+ General understanding of integrated architectural and engineering practices.

**Job Description**
Here is what you will be doing:
+ Some experience in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings / Microstation to model and produce drawings with direct supervision
+ Prepare BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan
+ Checks the completeness & accuracy of your work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.
+ Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase
+ Assist with the management and coordination of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.
+ Manages projects in BIM360
+ Organizes own work to achieve set deadlines
+ Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity
