Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Music Producer and/or Sound Engineer, with a strong portfolio of produced works.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, Cubase).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of music theory, harmony, and arrangement.
  • Extensive experience with studio recording techniques, microphone selection, and signal processing.
  • Proficiency in mixing and mastering across various audio formats.
  • Strong understanding of acoustics and studio design principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by recording schedules.
  • A deep passion for music and a commitment to artistic excellence.
