+ Help build and maintain a regional network of qualified Aortic faculty, trainers, proctors, and centers of excellence to support scalable education across Asia.
+ Ensure training programs meet internal business objectives, customer needs, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Core Criteria:
  • FGASA Field Guide Qualification, CATHSSETA certificate and NDT Registration
  • Minimum 24 years' guiding experience in a Big 5 reserve
  • Valid Driver's Licence, PDP and First Aid certification
  • Fluent in Afrikaans, Dutch or Flemish (non-negotiable)
  • Clear criminal record and strong, verifiable employment history
  • Strong hosting and guest interaction skills; confident upselling additional activities
  • Sound knowledge of Waterberg ecology, flora and fauna preferred
  • Maintenance and basic mechanical ability highly regarded
  • Own transport preferred; candidates without a vehicle must present a transport plan at interview
  • South African citizens or candidates with valid work authorisation
Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-quality Big 5 game drives within the neighbouring reserve
  • Lead short guided walks on the lodge's own plains-game property
  • Host guests at dinner and throughout their stay, building strong guide-guest rapport
  • Upsell additional game drives and guest activities
  • Lead experiences such as stargazing, bush talks, storytelling and kids' activities
  • Assist with airport transfers and off-site activities, including packing lunches and drinks
  • Conduct safety briefings, risk assessments and maintain radios and safety equipment
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks, basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment care
  • Communicate guest movements and schedules clearly with management and FOH
  • Maintain stock, cleanliness and order relating to all guiding activities
On Offer:
  • Salary: R8,000 R10,000 per month, depending on experience
  • Guides keep their own individual guest tips (not part of the shared staff tip pool)

To advance, operationalize and support the Internationalisation and Partnerships strategy, the University of Fort Hare seeks to appoint a dynamic, decisive, experienced and knowledgeable person for the position of a Manager: International Students, in the International Affairs and Partnerships Directorate. The primary responsibilities of the position are to collaborate with internal stakeholders to lead strategic international student recruitment, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver integrated support for international students.

Reporting directly to the Director: International Affairs and Partnerships, the incumbent will be responsible for streamlining the processes effectively to strengthen institutional capacity in admissions, credential evaluation and student well-being. The role will enable the University to meet its enrolment targets, improve the international students experience, manage their transition from high school to university and from their home country to South Africa, set up academic & support programmes (such as accommodation, psychosocial referrals, learning support, e.t.c), implement strategies for a rich student life and monitor international students, researchers & staff satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborates with the study teams to design data structure and specifications for ad hoc and study deliverables including, but not limited to ADaM datasets, Tables, Figures, Listings and Analysis Submission content
+ Collaborates with study teams to ensure the quality and accuracy - thus submission readiness - of clinical data as required by authorities (i.e. SDTM, ADaM, tables, figures, listings, define.xml)
+ Leads and oversees requested efforts for pooled and exploratory analyses working closely with Statistics TA lead and/or study statisticians as well as with clinical programming team and their collection of legacy data
+ Leads and oversees the in-house specification and delivery of ISS and ISE datasets and associated output (tables, figures and listings) when not provided by CRO
+ Leads and oversees the design and implementation of complex SAS programs for applications designed to analyze and report complex clinical trial data in CDISC ADaM format
+ Leads and oversees the development of global tools that will increase the efficiency and capacity of the Statistical Programming group
+ Works closely with clinical study teams to plans and executes activities to ensure project timelines are met with high quality deliverables
+ Collaborates with CR&D staff regarding data analysis requests
+ Performs additional statistical analyses including but not limited to:
o Support responses to regulatory agencies
o Generate integrated summary of safety and efficacy
o Support publications and presentations
o Support planning and reporting of clinical trials via exploratory analyses of available data
**Requirements**
+ BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related area with relevant experience
+ At least 7 years of experience in either clinical programming and/or statistical programming, within the CRO/pharmaceutical environment using SAS Software
+ In depth understanding of clinical programming and/or statistical programming processes and standards
+ Extensive experience with statistical programming using the SAS software including development and use of SAS Macros. Strong programming and problem-solving skills
+ Trained / hands on experience of R Programming
+ Advanced knowledge in CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM)
+ Proven experience in leading programming activities for pooled and exploratory analyses across multiple clinical studies and submission activities (or equivalent)
+ Proven ability to work effectively both independently or in a team setting, and to meet set goals by managing own timelines
+ Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural and international clinical trial teams
