JOB OBJECTIVE
Cover all aspects of ships agency operations
Attend vessel husbandry requirements (crew changes / stores / deliveries)
Attend to all aspects of vessel planning and operations in line with required ships agency standards
Sound knowledge of vessel operations handling bulk cargoes (Exports/Imports), as it pertains to standard planning and loading practices
Submit reports in line with client requirements
Conversant with Bills of Lading requirements
Attend to vessel documentation and office admin, in accordance with customer requirements, S.O.P.’s and Company Policy
Establish and maintain effective relationships with Superiors and colleagues
Build and maintain sound relationships with customers and 3rd party service providers
Attend to Principals’ requirements with determination and eagerness
Good knowledge of the port and shipping industry
