This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to groundbreaking agricultural solutions from anywhere. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing vast datasets related to crop yields, soil conditions, weather patterns, and market trends. Additionally, you will administer and maintain our client's data infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity. - Collect, clean, and analyze large agricultural datasets from various sources, including sensors, satellite imagery, and farm management software.
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and optimize agricultural processes.
- Design and generate insightful reports and visualizations for stakeholders, communicating complex data in an understandable format.
- Administer, configure, and maintain databases, cloud storage solutions, and data warehousing systems.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all agricultural data.
- Develop and manage APIs for data integration between different platforms and systems.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical support to internal teams and external clients.
- Stay current with emerging trends in agricultural technology, data science, and systems administration.
- Contribute to the development of new data-driven products and services.
- Document all data processes, system configurations, and technical procedures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Agriculture, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on agricultural data, and experience in systems administration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Understanding of agricultural principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

+ Take the lead with the trial customer(s) and other internal and external partners to establish, align and confirm data management expectations
+ Creating, planning, and tracking content, format, quality, and timing of data management deliverables, including, but not limited to, CRF, data review plan, QC plan, oversight plan, database release plan, final datasets, submission plan and archival.

+ Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical field.
+ No less than 10 years of direct clinical data management experience, with 5+ years in a Lead Clinical Data Management role.
+ Your previous roles/job titles may include _Clinical Data Manager, Senior Clinical Data Manager, Lead Data Manager, Principal Data Manager, and/or Data Management Project Manager_ .
+ Proven success managing large global studies (1000+ patients).
+ Expertise with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or similar EDC systems.
+ Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and clinical research processes.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
