Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive user behavior analysis using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and user surveys.
  • Identify key areas for improvement within the e-commerce website's user journey to boost conversion rates.
  • Design, implement, and manage A/B tests and multivariate tests on website elements (e.g., CTAs, headlines, page layouts, forms).
  • Analyze test results, interpret data, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRO platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
