+ Measure program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation and improve content based on feedback and analytics.

**Candidate Profile**
**Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, or related field.
+ Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience with a proven record of creating learner‑centered solutions.
+ Demonstrated experience in graphic design and visual communication for digital learning (e.g., layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling).
+ Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, LMS/LXP environments, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
+ Advanced degree or certifications in instructional design, e‑learning, graphic design, or project management (e.g., PMP, CPTD).
+ Experience designing training in hospitality or customer‑service-based environments.
+ Proven ability to apply ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design models.
